· Operating Systems Windows 10, Server 2016 and previous operating systems

· Protocols: RIP Ver. 1 & 2, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, TCP/IP, NIS, SMTP, POP3, HTTP, FTP, DNS, NFS, SNMP, IPSEC, Frame Relay, and ISDN.

· Utility Systems: Anti-Virus Utilities (client-side deployment and troubleshooting), Symantec Utilities (client-side deployment and troubleshooting), Remote Desktop, Ghost Applications, Virtual PC, VMware,

CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE NT4,2003, 2008, 2016.

Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Corporate environments, Administer AD Security and Distribution Groups, Organizational Units, and Group Policies.

· Installation of all software to client access equipment using a variety of tools i.e. LANDesk and SMS (client-side deployment and troubleshooting).

· Deploying, configuring, troubleshooting, installing network devices such as routers, switches, wireless, desktops, laptops, and printers.
